Utilizing ACT, CBT, Humanistic approaches, and Motivational Interviewing, I adapt treatment to your unique needs. We'll examine your thoughts and emotions to leverage your inherent strengths. Through compassion and collaboration, we'll foster change and personal growth. In our first session, we will discuss goals for therapy and develop a treatment plan tailored to you.

Ketamine-related collaboration
Dr. Lipin has training related to ketamine-assisted therapy and can partner with treating providers to assist with care. He does not personally offer ketamine-assisted therapy. Contact the office to discuss whether collaboration is appropriate and available.
Targeted psychological testing
Targeted testing can support diagnostic clarification and treatment planning for concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mood symptoms. Testing is used selectively and integrated into care. The process may involve multiple appointments, depending on the question being evaluated.
We do not provide comprehensive neuropsychological, forensic, custody, or disability evaluations. Referrals can be provided for those services.

In-person appointments are available in Lake Zurich, with virtual therapy for clients located in Illinois. Appointment formats and weekday, evening, or Saturday availability should be confirmed when scheduling.
